ALPHA1 Personalleasing has been established by Mr. Diedrich Philipp in 2002. Himself is working in the drilling business for over thirty years.

Over time more renowned customers were added, and ALPHA1 is developing more and more. Temporary workers are not employed in relation to projects. The opposite is the case, ALL employees have an unlimited contract being therefore the most important ingredient of ALPHA1.

ALPHA1 has evolved to a reliable partner for drilling companies within the onshore and offshore field through the years.

In 2006 the sole trader has been transformed to the present ALPHA1 Personalleasing GmbH, whereas for sure - the service remains the same.
